This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in the ALEXIUS online store at alexiusofficial.com.

Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier where necessary. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. For Pre-Sale orders, processing begins once production is complete.

Estimated Delivery Times The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • European Union / EEA: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are indicative only. We cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. Delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly on the Swiss Post website at post.ch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes ALEXIUS is based in Switzerland. All international shipments are exports and may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. ALEXIUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or likelihood.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable charges. ALEXIUS cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of customs duties, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs. We will contact you by email in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@alexiusofficial.com with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Pre-Sale Orders The A.P.P. Bag Drop 01 is a Pre-Sale product. Your order will be dispatched once production is complete. You will be notified by email with an estimated shipping date. Pre-Sale customers receive their piece before any remaining stock is released to the general public.
